Training Course Terms and Conditions

Course Cancellation

Cancellation of a course registration by a participant or participants representative must be provided to Eagle Technology in writing more than five business days prior to a class commencing for a full refund. No refunds will be provided if the client cancels after this date.

Instructor Led Training on two, four or five consecutive mornings

Registered participants are expected to attend all sessions, there is no option to transfer into a single session of the same course at a later date.

Online Virtual Classrooms

• Only registered participants are permitted to listen, view or participate in online virtual classroom training courses. Eagle Technology reserves the right to disconnect any participants who permit access to anyone else.
• Prior to participating in an online virtual classroom training course, participants should ensure that all connection tests have been completed prior to the training course start time.

Training Materials

The training materials and training sessions provided by Eagle Technology are subject to copyright. They must not be copied, recorded, transmitted, or otherwise reproduced or distributed by any means without the prior written permission of Eagle Technology.

The training course data is also subject to a data agreement which course participant must abide by.
