GIS Managed Services
Eagle Technology provides day-to-day operational support for the GIS application stack, including GIS administration, service monitoring, release management, geodatabase administration, data automation, software upgrades, and ongoing data maintenance. This support is delivered by a dedicated GIS operational team with access to senior GIS consultants when deeper expertise is required.
Infrastructure Managed Services
Eagle Technology manages the supporting cloud environment, including cloud environment management, infrastructure monitoring and alerting, patching, backup, firewall management, capacity and performance management, Cloud Security Posture Management, and compliance monitoring.
Infrastructure support also includes incident, problem and change management, threat prevention and mitigation, structured backups, threat intelligence and a commitment to continual improvement.

The service is delivered through an ITIL-aligned service agreement with a defined service catalogue, agreed service levels, structured change management, escalation standards, statements of responsibility and monthly reporting.

Security, monitoring and compliance
Security and compliance are embedded in Eagle’s managed service approach.
